Creating a new venture is a challenging and high risk task. This course provides learners with hands-on experience in the preparation of a professional business plan for a new venture. Focus will be placed on strategic objectives, tactical objectives, and strategic variables critical to achieving success in a new venture. (3 credit hours) Prerequisite: BA301
